Skin Care Routines



Hello beautiful peoples,
so sorry for a bit long time I din updated my blog here due to too busy with my works :(
I promised that I will blog about once a week since I have a lot of pending posts.

So, today I would like to share about my skin care routines! 

Currently, I am using Laxka skin care series. I am using one set of it which include...

1. Deep Moisture Cleanser 100ml
I using this Cleanser on every morning and night. Sometimes evening because I have an oily skin so I need to clean my face to refresh my skin.

2. Deep Moisture Eye Cream 30ml

3. Refreshing Toner 100ml
This toner I used it after I done my cleansing part. What I found is, It can be use as a mask too! I will pour out Laxka toner on my cotton pad and apply on my cheek, forehead and T-zone part (Nose) about 5 minutes. Guess what? My pores become smaller and my skin get instant moisture! yay! The result might be more good after you done cleaning your whitehead and blackhead on your nose and especially on if you have a dry skin condition.

4. Deep Moisture Essence 40ml
This is another good essence that I found is good enough! My skin look smooth after used! The texture is a primer when you apply and your skin look smooth n so refresh!

I had tested my skin moisture and oil balancing level by using skin detector/skin analysis. As picture shows that:

BEFORE
MOISTURE LEVEL : 39.3% (Normal at 40%~60%)
OIL LEVEL : 26.3 % (Normal at 23%~33%) (The most balancing level at 16%~22%)

AFTER
MOISTURE LEVEL : 53.4% (Normal at 40%~60%)
OIL LEVEL : 17.0%  (Normal at 23%~33%) (The most balancing level at 16%~22%)

This test has been proved that this Laxka skin care series are works good for our skin! I really do like it! My pimples on skin become more less, skin more brightens and whitens (Because before I have a dull skin before) Normally, you can see your skin got improved within 2-3 days after used. 

The ingredients for this products are FREE  from any chemicals which are harmful to our skin! It doesn't contain any instant brighten chemical! 

Overall, you might be wondering what is the texture for this skin care? Well, it texture is an non-oily type and no sticky after applied. Even though it has a little bit oily when you apply but trust me, it only oily at the first when you apply but after 1 minute ago, all the good vitamins will totally absorb into your skin without leaving any stickiness on your skin!

Hello loves, recently I had discovered a good things which is all about the benefits for using mask! I had searched and gathered all information about mask in these few days and lastly conclude all that I found through this blog. 

So, today I gonna blog about:

My 2015 Goals



Hello my lovey dovey peoples in the internet, here is another brand new blog post on about "My 2015 Goals". 

Did everyone of you like to draw or plan something new or goals that you would like to hit yearly? Hmm...I think I started planning like this when I was in University which I learned from few youtubers that I loved most. 

The purpose of listing down all the goals is to make your sight or your option become more clear. You know what you want to do within a year. Besides, it leads you to achieve something incredible that you maybe never think about it. 



How you could succeed in your life? 
Firstly, you have to be dream big, believe your dream and create it to be real ----- and then only it will come to the word of SUCCEED. 


S M A R T :

S- SPECIFIC * your goals must be in specific.
 For example I want to get a car in March 2015. (specific example)
compare to : I hope to get something special in March 2015. A specific goals will specify you to work hard in order to get it compared to the goal with not specific it not going to motivate you get what actually you want to. 

M - MEASURABLE
your goals must be can measurable. You can measure how to achieve your goals like what tools or alternatives to use in order to hit your goals.

A- ATTAINABLE & R - RELEVANT
The goals that you set up should be attainable means you can hit it! For example, your goal impossible you can write - I want to be a Superman to save the world flying here and there just like a bird. ( laugh) or I want to be a minister [ But you only a 13th years old teenage] . Attainable here is means something that you could archive with your capability, knowledge not something beyond your capability. 

T - TIME BOUND
For example, you can measure the time, the day on about when you achieve your goals. 


ALWAYS KEEP GOING !


Different people different thoughts of course different goals that you want to archive. Some of their goals might be just simple like the picture above. Some of them maybe more on challenging.


What about "My 2015 Goals"?
In this year, I choose to be a home tutor and developing my online business. I also planning to upgrade my education too! Since I chose this path, then I decided to ignore all the fears and mistakes that probably I would facing in this year. No matter what's going on, I have to keep going, keep continue , run..run and run until it reached. 

  1.  To get 3k to 5k per month (* wish to get 5k hopefully)
  2. Travelling to Australia 
  3. Manage to get a personal car 
  4. Manage to get a camera
  5. To be a lecturer/ successful home tutor & online biz
  6. Successful blogger (blogging at least once a week)
  7. To get a master

Of course we will facing problems that we not know in future. But always do remember: "I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday" Keep motivating yourself and don't give up! Success road is not far from you, you just need courage and trust to continue your path.



Don't make a regret that you haven't done it in this year. Time flies. We should love more and live happily without any complain. Take the chances and make the changes.

How to be Confident and Happy



Hello beautiful peoples in the internet, Happy New Year 2015! I hereby wishing you all have a prosperous year ahead! 

This is the my first blog for year 2015 and this blog would be all about how to be confident and happy. We all know no matter we happy or sad, we still have to move on in everyday doesn't it? Yes, indeed it is easy to say but difficult to do. But why not we try to work it out right? I am not good in Chinese language or even in English but i try to write more in Chinese and even I go to take Chinese examination SPM to prove I can! I am not good in English and you might be find few grammatical error when you reading my blog, but I still trying to use English to communicate internationally and even using English words to write my blog here. So, there is no reasons or excuses for us to say we can't do this and that. 

Lets get started on my topic today: 

"How to be Confident and Happy?"


What do we need to be confident?
  • We just need a trust on ourselves
  • we just need to be confident
  • we just need a try 
  • we just need a motivation in our heart 
  • we just need a believe on ourselves before we judge ourselves

I list down 3 which I personally think that it is important for me or for us to apply in our life:
It's just simple point starting with letter of A, B, and C

  • A ------ Affirmation for yourself
  • B ------ Believe
  • C ------ Care no more

A ----- Affirmation for yourself:
  • How to affirm yourself? There is a lot of motivation quotes that you could found through Facebook/ Instagram or even by searching at Google web. Find powerful words to beef up your statement. I am the one who always do that especially when I feeling down. Believe it or not, it totally can change your state of mind and overcome confidence crisis. 
  • When you l read quotes that you found at somewhere and at the same time the quote that you read is totally match with your feeling, it can indirectly changed your thoughts on your rough day! This is what I had experienced. The feeling is so good and its really calm your mind and even feeling more motivate. Of course, you need to put yourself into the quote only you can felt that way. :) 
B ----- Believe:
  • Be- lieve is you accept the something as true; feel sure about the truth.
  • To have faith, confidence and trust.
  • Belief in yourself grows by improving self-esteem to feel more potential of ourselves.
  • Besides, learning new workplace skills, reading books, meet new peoples, travelling or go out for a walk can change the way you feel about yourself.
  • Sometimes walking away has nothing to do with weakness, and everything to do with strength. We walk away not because we want others to realize our worth and value, but finally realize our OWN.
  • Learning new skills or good education, its indirectly or directly can boost up your self-esteem. Because the point is your mind and attitude will changed by that time at least become a more mature woman or man ever. Every girls want to be a gorgeous, a glam girl with intelligence ever. Who does not want to? I want it!  The more you know, the more books you read, the more you'll get! Reading might be easily to get bored but you can try to read fav magazine. I guess you probably love magazine more than thick novel... I mean we all do love doesn't it ? hahahaha :) 



C ----- Care no more:

  • Stop yourself for being care too much on what people say or judging!
  • In fact, we can't control what people want to say about us, judging us this and that, complaining our weaknesses, jealousy or saying something negatively and hurting in front of you. But...it can't finalize or conclude or even made us to become the bad guys like they said! Everyone of us is special. I mean you are amazing and special for everyone all over the world. No ones can replaced! You're different than anyone! when life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile. :)

People talk behind your back for 3 reasons:-
  1. When they can't reach your level.
  2. When they don't have, what you have.
  3. When they try to copy your life style, but can't.
** See how great and how special you are. 





  • There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't... have you experienced on it? Why not we take this as an opportunity as our option to change our thoughts, to motivate us, to build our strength and make ourselves grow stronger than before! 
  • Be a front row person, trust our abilities and shut down the negative voice inside your head! 
Start today, walk tall and proud! Changing your posture by straighten up and speed up your step. You can feel the immediate surge of confidence!

Inspire: Get More Done!






Hello everyone! Is October- is my MINE MONTH!lol...


So, today I gonna inspiring you all especially for girls for ladies no care on how old are you because all of us do need something to motivate and be inspired in order to move on in everyday! To get happier and to live perfectly! 

So, let's get started on our topic today ---> "How to stay focused at work/school?" just with these 3 fun and effective strategies which I found it recently in one of the article at The Malaysian Women's Weekly magazine. I thought it was so inspiring me after read and I wanna show you the way to be inspired! 

------ This is just all about my opinions and the steps was taken form The Malaysian Women's Weekly magazine. -------------

Every girls need a proper home office/study room or place to get things done especially for your office works or school works. (If you do not have it, I think is time to create one because if you want to be a highly motivated girls then you really need this.)



*Basis things you have to own- 
home office/study room or place.


----First things first:
* Do have a good mindset in everyday. 
For example: always asking yourself in every morning once u woke up on what do I want from today? 
? Finish my report
? Get my homework done
? or I want to achieve my goals in life by how...??
you can just list out what you want to do in a day and be sure and be motivated that you'll get it done on time! 

This is very important step because a clear mindset with a clear To-Do-List and a clear objective, it will let you more easier to achieve something that u wanna to be.





----Second:
* Create A "To-Do" List- with benefits
- "Trying to remember everything you need to do can stress the brain and slow it down," says Claire Hall, founder of life coaching practice Authentic Empowerment. Yes, indeed. We all known that there is few peoples who loves to remember everything need to do without writing it down. But, as Claire Hall said at the above, trying to remember things will slow ur works. Definitely, I tried it before! Well, I work slow and lastly my works can't done it on time, I always get in procrastination, I'm stacked,I get stress,I cried and much more hahaha! (That's my history) Plus, my works get increase day by day because I am a school counselor and a subject teacher so my works not only on about teaching students and counseling but at the same time on my position I need to manage my department as well including file'ing and doing paper works. Its really stress me out and burn out during the 1st year until I learned a way on creating a To-Do-List to solve my in-orderly works. I found this way is works perfectly to me!

- Create a "To-Do" List with a benefit attached to every item. "For instance, completing a report by Friday allows you to relax over the weekend." Also, you should have only three main tasks to achieve per day. Owh, you need to be discipline and make sure you are stick with what you wrote otherwise you can't get the good result!


----Third:
* Reach for a Cuppa
- A recent American Journal of Clinical Nutrition study found that drinking tea improves attention and makes focusing on what you're doing easier. It's the unique combination of caffeine and the amino acid Theanine in tea (which coffee doesn't contain) that helps keep you alert and calm. You'll need to-sip your way through two to three cups within 90 minutes to enjoy the benefits.


Who not loves to drink tea huh? There so much of benefits on about drinking tea and there is variety of tastes as well! Is not only help to relax your mind no matter you are working peoples or students! Suitable "chillax" can calm your mind and your stressful body! If you do not have a healthy body, you can't calm your body then how to be a professional and efficient in doing things?  

----Third:
* Use Blocking Software
- If you find yourself wandering off to Facebook every few minutes after you've come back from lunch, you're not alone: Recent studies shows that FAcebook activity spikes the hour after 2pm. If you can't keep yourself from surfing over to "like" your friend's cat pictures, try a software like Cold Turkey from www.getcoldturkey.com to temporarily block websites that are the source of your distractions! 






The above pictures are some ideas for you on how to create a comfort home office/study room or place. (TRY IT! YOU WILL SOMETHING DIFFERENT AFTER YOU DONE! AT LEAST BE MOTIVATED AFTER SEEN YOUR BEAUTIFUL DESK!)

An overview on how I manage to get things done when I schooling and working:

1. First things first- I will create a beautiful room or beautiful corner just for myself nobody else can use it unless he or she get my permission lol! Because for me - I get motivated if I own a personal space.

2. Be motivated- purchasing some magazines, books and reading motivational quotes always cheer me up and feeling full with positive energy! Reading can calm our mind, expand our knowledge, learning something news and it is a powerful strength for a women in future!

3. Creating a To-Do List- I will list out a To-Do List the night before so that I woke up I know which things are importantly to do first and I get motivated only with this. I think this is the very important things for me. Without To-Do List my life in day is like nothing, unmotivated and no direction.
